New Update: Card payment intake in MonuDesk, Import from a spreadsheet, Dark mode, and 50+ upgrades

💳 Take card payments inside MonuDesk

👉 Runs on MonuPay. Not set up yet? Settings → Integrations → MonuPay → Get Started. Approval usually takes 1 to 2 business days.

  • Record Payment → Card (MonuPay): charge phone and counter cards right from the order.

  • Updates itself: receipt, QuickBooks, balance and to-do.

  • Card fee shown first when the customer pays it.

  • New Quote → Received as → Card (MonuPay): charge the deposit as the order is created.

  • Safe: the bank's decline reason on screen, no double charges.

  • Send Payment Link: the family pays by card in their portal.

  • Bank payments (ACH): checking or savings, flat $20 fee, clears in 2 to 5 business days.

📥 Import from a spreadsheet

  • Settings → Import: cemeteries, vendors, contacts, inventory and orders from CSV or Excel.

  • Columns map themselves, and you review every row before saving.

  • Old orders arrive with purchaser, cemetery, stage and promise date.

  • Undo any import in one click.

  • Settings → Profile → Theme: White, Blue or Dark, per person, on every device.

✍️ Families accept their order online

  • Accept Your Order: families sign in the portal, and the assigned person is notified.

  • Quote options: the family picks Quote A, B or C.

  • Drawing change requests straight from the portal.

  • Share a sketch with the family in one click.

  • Portal links by text to every mobile number.
