Photo Gallery, Multiple services in one order, better order edits, vaults and 25+ upgrades

Hey there 👋 We've taken your feedback, and added 26 new features and upgrades for you.
The highlights: put several services and a monument on one order, see exactly what an edit changed and update the paperwork in one click, and pull up photos of your work the moment a customer asks. Here's everything that's new:

🧩 Several services, one order

  • New Quote → Service → +: add up to 12 services to one order, each with its own type, price and lettering work order, then duplicate or rename any of them.

  • Add a monument / Add a service: a service order can carry a monument and a monument order can carry services, so one order holds the whole sale.

  • Tidy documents: when an order mixes stones, services and accessories, the quote, invoice and contract group them under STONE, SERVICE and ACCESSORIES headings.

  • Accessories on service orders: a vase or urn on a cleaning job is priced in the summary and billed on every document and in QuickBooks.

  • Order board: mixed orders carry a Service & Monument badge, and the order type filter lists every service type you've set up, custom ones included.

✏️ Edits that update the paperwork

  • See what changed: saving an edit lists every change from old to new, like Stone price $3,200.00 → $3,450.00, before you confirm.

  • Update the documents to match: if the order already has a quote, invoice or contract, one tick rewrites them with the new figures, including the copy in the customer portal.

  • Close with unsaved edits and you see the same list, so nothing is saved or lost by surprise.

🖼️ Product Gallery (Pro)

  • Sidebar → Gallery: every photo and drawing on your orders, filed into folders by order type automatically.

  • Share in seconds: search by order, customer or cemetery, pick a few, then Copy links, Download or Email.

  • Mark cleared the photos a family agreed you may show, and hide the rest.

🪦 Your own monument types

  • Settings → Monument Types: add your own types like Heart Tablet, pick the built-in shape it Looks like, and choose whether it starts with a base.

  • Thumbnails: each type gets a picture from its shape automatically, or upload your own, and it shows on its tile in New Quote.

📦 Inventory and accessories

  • Vaults: cremation vaults are their own accessory in New Quote → Accessories, Settings → Order Management → Accessories and Inventory, priced by brand, material and size.

  • Pull from Inventory for every stone: reserve and pull stock for each stone and base on an order from its Linked from inventory panel.

  • Return: put a pulled stone back on the shelf and your on-hand count goes back up.

  • Two vases, two colours: each vase on an order keeps its own colour, and stock comes off the right one.

  • Inventory → Configure Options outlines any missing field in red and jumps straight to it.

📨 Conversations and purchase orders

  • Known senders: a message from someone in your contacts offers Link to [name] and shows their orders, one click to connect.

  • Email the PO right away: generate a purchase order and MonuDesk asks if you'd like to email it to the vendor at their saved address.

  • Send from any conversation: a PO attached in a conversation goes to that conversation's address.

The rest

  • +6wk: the installation window has a six-week quick-add, and pressing any span sets your promise date too.

  • QuickBooks invoice numbers: invoices and estimates arrive in QuickBooks with your MonuDesk order number.

  • Start 7-day free trial now sits next to Upgrade to Pro on every Pro feature, and on a paid plan it's free, needs no card and ends on its own.

  • Partners: a partner you invite finds their company name already filled in, and you get an Order from a partner notification when they send one.
