What's in the Insights Pages

The Insights pages give you four high-level views of your business: Order Summary, Open Balances, Tax Report, and Installations. Each one answers a different operational question, so you can stop building spreadsheets to see where your money is, what's overdue, what tax you owe, and what needs to get installed next.

Open Insights from the top nav to access all four. This is a Pro feature, included with every Pro account.

Order Summary

A bird's eye view of every order in the business, laid out as a table with stages across the top and a category (cemetery, county, or city) down the side. Each cell shows order counts or revenue, and you can drill into any cell to see the underlying orders. Use it to spot bottlenecks, see how much revenue is sitting in quotes, and understand where the money is.

Open Balances

Every order with money still owed, organized by aging (days since order was created). Shows total accounts receivable, stage breakdown with percentages, and a table where you can click straight through to the customer, order, or cemetery. Use it to prioritize follow-ups and stay on top of overdue accounts.

Tax Report

Total tax collected, broken down by cemetery, county, or month (with quarter rollups when grouped by month). Includes tax-exempt order counts and exempt revenue. Export to CSV in one click for your accountant.

Installations

A planning view for monument installation work. Every monument order shows its dates, decedent, cemetery, stone color, dimensions, and current stage, grouped by cemetery, county, city, or zone. Click any stage bubble to advance the order right from the page. Monument orders only.

• "Where is my money sitting?" → Order Summary in revenue mode

• "How many orders are stuck in production?" → Order Summary in count mode

• "Who hasn't paid me yet, and how overdue are they?" → Open Balances

• "What's my total sales tax for this month or quarter?" → Tax Report

• "What needs to get installed this week, and in which area?" → Installations
