Multiple points of contact when creating an order
Add additional phone number, email, and contact name fields on the client info page so I can store multiple emails or phone numbers as alternative points of contact (the primary email would still be the one for the customer portal). Some families have 2-4 siblings who all want portal notifications.

Client Info Page Additions
Some of my orders need to have multiple contact name and numbers. Sometimes the family name, deceased, and contacts can all have different last names. Would like to add the following fields on the client info page:
Multiple Contacts
Family Name Field
Deceased Fields for First, Middle, Last Name, DOB, and DOD.
Maybe you can have these fields copy over to other pages for the plot info and the sketch.

Multiple contact numbers and emails per customer
I've had customers who want to give me multiple phone numbers or emails for a contact. Add an option to enter additional contact names, phone numbers, and emails per customer.
