How to Set Up Your Porcelain and Vase Options
Configure the porcelain sizes and vase styles that appear when you create an order.

To set up your porcelain and vase options, click the Accessories button at the top right of the Order Management board. This opens a popup with two categories: Porcelains and Vases.
Whatever you configure here will appear as selectable options inside the New Quote popup when you add accessories to an order.
Porcelain

MonuDesk comes with preloaded porcelain options already set up. Each porcelain has a Shape (oval, heart, rectangle, round, or cross), a size, and a mode. To add a new one, click + Add Variant on the right side of the screen.
Shape — select the shape of the porcelain: oval, heart, rectangle, round, cross, square/diamond, or domed.
Size — type or search the size you want. For example, type 2x3 to mean 2 inches by 3 inches. You can select an existing size from the dropdown or create a new size by typing it in and pressing the “Use (the size you entered)” button to use it.
Note: You cannot type the inch symbol ("). Use numbers and the letter X only. For example, type 2x6 not 2"x6".
Mode — select Black and White, Color, or Sepia. These are the only two modes available. If you need additional modes, please contact support or submit it as feedback on our roadmap.
Price — the price that will be shown when this porcelain size is selected inside the New Quote popup.
Vendor Cost — your cost from the vendor. This will be used in an upcoming module where you can track costs on your orders.
Enabled / Disabled — toggle to show or hide this option in the New Quote popup without deleting it.
Delete — click the delete button on the right side to permanently remove the option. This will not affect your existing orders that already use it.
Vases

Vases are organized into three categories: Bronze Vase, Granite Vase, and Metal Vase. All come with preloaded options.To add a new vase, click + Add Variant on the right side under the category you want.
Style — select from Fluted, VA (Veteran), Tapered, Turned, or Lawn Flush.
Size — select an existing size from the dropdown or type in a new one to create it. You can enter any size, including custom dimensions like 2” x 2” or 22” x 22”.
Price — the price shown to the customer in the New Quote popup.
Vendor Cost — your cost from the vendor.
Enabled / Disabled — toggle to show or hide this option without deleting it.
Delete — permanently remove the option. Existing orders are not affected.
Saving your changes
When you're done, click Save Changes at the bottom right of the popup. If you click off the popup without saving, your changes will be dismissed.
