How to Search for an Order

To search for an order, use Smart Search at the top of the Order Management board. You can search by customer name, decedent name, cemetery name, stone color, monument or service type, order number, phone number, or email.

How it works

Start typing and the board instantly filters to show only the orders that match. Search starts after three characters. All other cards are hidden while the search is active. Whatever matches your search is highlighted on the order card.

Clear the search bar to bring back the full board.

Good to know

The search works across all stages at the same time. If the order you're looking for is in Quote or In Production or anywhere else, it will show up as long as it matches..

If you can't find an order, it may have been completed or cancelled. Check the Archive to see if it's there.
