Level 2 is the payoff. From the one order you entered in Level 1, MonuDesk has already created a board card, a complete to-do workflow, and a ready-to-sign contract. Nothing in this level requires you to enter anything new. Takes about 8 minutes.


Step 1: Find your order on the board

Your order is now a card in the Quote stage. The card shows the customer name, order number, balance due, and a task counter. Drag it between stages as work progresses, click it to open the full order.

Step 2: Open the to-do list MonuDesk built for you

Click the task counter on the card. Based on what you toggled in the wizard (order type, accessories, etching, cemetery settings) MonuDesk generated the exact workflow this order needs. No two orders get the same checklist.

Step 3: Open your contract, already written

Open the order's Files section. A two-page contract (invoice plus sales agreement) was generated automatically the moment you saved, filled with everything you typed. Fields you skipped show as "Not specified" and update when you fill them in later.

Step 4: Confirm the quote into an order

When the customer says yes, move the card to Confirmed Order. The full to-do workflow activates and work officially starts.
