Welcome to Monucademy, your step-by-step path to mastering MonuDesk. Below is the full curriculum, organized into 8 levels that build on each other. Each clip is short (most under 3 minutes) and embedded in the matching help article, so you can watch, read, and follow along in one place.

Total curriculum runtime: ~75 minutes across 28 clips. Video clips are being recorded and rolled out one level at a time β€” see the status label on each line.


Level 1 β€” Get oriented

Day 1, ~10 minutes. Goal: understand what MonuDesk is, what it replaces, and where to find things.


Level 2 β€” Set up your shop

Day 1, ~15 minutes. Goal: get the basics configured before entering your first real order.


Level 3 β€” Your first order, end to end

Day 1-2, ~12 minutes. Goal: create and confirm a real order. This is the highest-leverage level β€” most trial users get stuck here without a guide.


Level 4 β€” Run the order

Week 1, ~10 minutes. Goal: manage an order from confirmation through completion.
