How to Set Up Card Display

Configure what shows on each order card: the header, the subtitle, and the body rows.

Control what appears on each order card from Settings → Order Management → Card Display. This is set per company, so everyone on your team sees the same card layout on the Order Management board.


Header and subtitle

Each card has a header (the top line) and a subtitle (the second line). Pick what each one shows from its dropdown. By default the header shows the decedent and the subtitle shows the order number and type. Other options include the purchaser name, cemetery, and order number.


Body rows

Below the header and subtitle, the card shows a set of body rows you can toggle on or off and drag into the order you want. Options include the decedent, cemetery, cemetery section / lot / space, the order started and quote started dates, balance due, total amount, paid amount, order type, the purchaser name, phone, and email, who created the order, the last activity date, and Promised by (the promise date). A live preview updates as you make changes, so you can see exactly how the card will look before you save.


Saving your layout

Your layout saves for the whole company and applies to every card on the board as soon as you save. To change it later, come back to Settings → Order Management → Card Display.
