Level 3 takes your order from confirmation through completion: log the payment, fill in the details you skipped on day one, build the sketch, and generate the paperwork. Takes about 10 minutes.
Step 1: Log a payment
Open the order and log the deposit or a payment. Deposit shortcuts fill the amount for you, and the payment shows on the receipt automatically.

Step 2: Edit the order and fill the gaps
Open Edit Order and fill in the fields you skipped in Level 1: cemetery details, color, size, finishes. PDFs regenerated after the edit show the updated values instead of "Not specified".

Step 3: Build the sketch
Use the sketch builder to lay out the design: text, shapes, and the decedent information (name, dates, biography). The sketch appears on the contract and shop ticket.

Step 4: Generate documents
Shop Ticket, Invoice, and Receipt all follow the same generation pattern and save to the order's Files section.

Step 5: Foundation Orders and Purchase Orders
Send the foundation paperwork to your cemetery contact and the purchase order to your vendor, choosing which drawings to attach.
Before you can generate a foundation order, the stone needs a foundation. New stones start with Foundation Material set to None, so if Generate Foundation Order is greyed out, open Edit Order and set that stone's foundation material to Concrete or Granite. A stone genuinely sold without a foundation stays greyed out on purpose, because there is nothing to pour.

β Level 3 complete. You've run a full order: payment logged, details complete, sketch built, paperwork generated and sent.
