How to Add Accessories

Add photos, vases, cremation urns and etching to your monument order in the Accessories tab of Step 3.

The Accessories section is part of Step 3 (Items & Configuration). Each accessory can be toggled on or off. Prices from accessories are automatically added to the Accessories line in the Live Quote panel on the right.

Porcelain Picture

Toggle on Porcelain Picture. Then select:

Shape: choose the shape of the porcelain: oval, heart, rectangle, round, cross, square/diamond, or domed.

Size & Options: choose from the sizes available for the shape you selected. If a size is missing, go to Settings > Order Management > Accessories and add that size for the shape you need.

Important: Every porcelain size must have a shape attached to it in Settings > Order Management > Accessories. If you select a size with no shape configured, the order will throw "Something went wrong, an unexpected error occurred" when you try to save. To fix it, open Settings > Order Management > Accessories, find that porcelain size, and pick a shape (oval, heart, rectangle, etc.). Same applies to vases.

Mode: select B&W, Color or Sepia.

Quantity: change the number if the order needs more than one of the same thing. You can also add the same porcelain more than once as separate lines, which is what you want when each one needs its own note or its own photo.

For non-standard porcelains, click the Custom button on the right. This opens a text field where you can describe exactly what you need, and you can Upload Photos that will be attached to the order.

You can also toggle on Charge Now to enter a price immediately. The amount is added to the Accessories line in the Live Quote panel.

Vase

Toggle on Vase. Then select:

Style / Material: choose the style and material (granite, bronze, or metal) from the presets you've set up in your Accessories settings. If a material is not showing, you need to add it in Settings > Order Management > Accessories first.

The style list now includes Cross, Classic and Elegant alongside the older built-ins. Style names your shop typed in yourself (a catalog name such as Cameo, Crown or Crest) also show up here now. They used to be filtered out of this picker even though they were saved in Settings.

Granite, bronze and metal vases all offer a color, and each vase is only offered the colors that suit its material. A granite vase draws from your All group plus Granite catalog and Granite vases only. A metal vase draws from All plus Metal vases only. A bronze vase draws from All plus Bronze only. Each color can carry its own price (set up in your Accessories settings), so different colored vases price automatically and you do not have to enter them as custom.

Only the colors configured for the exact style and size you picked are selectable. The rest are still listed, greyed out, underneath them. The Metal vases only and Bronze only groups come stocked with common metal and bronze finish names, so a metal or bronze vase offers real finishes from the start, and granite colors are never offered on a metal or bronze vase. To add a finish of your own, go to Settings > Colors, add it under Metal vases only or Bronze only, then tick it on that vase in Settings > Order Management > Accessories.

Size: choose from the sizes available for the style you selected. For vases sold by design rather than by measurement, pick General Size if your shop has set it up. A price row still needs a size to be saved, but "General Size" is never printed as a measurement on the quote, invoice, receipt or shop ticket.

Quantity: change the number if needed. As with porcelain, you can add the same vase more than once as separate lines. That is the right way to do it when a stone takes a vase on each side and each one carries its own note, and both lines are priced and printed.

Click Custom for non-standard vases. Same as porcelain: describe what you need, upload photos, and use Charge Now to set a price.

Cremation Urns

Click + Add Urn on the Cremation Urns card to add an urn to the order. Each urn gets its own numbered line with a trash icon to remove it, and you can add as many as the order needs. For each urn, fill in:

Name: pick an urn from Your catalogue, the urns your shop has set up in Settings, listed with their prices. Picking a catalogue urn fills in its capacity, material and price for you. The same dropdown also offers common presets, and a custom choice that lets you type any name.

Capacity: the urn's capacity in cubic inches.

Material: pick a material, or type your own.

Quantity: change the number if the order needs more than one of the same urn.

Notes: a note for this specific urn, such as engraving or finish details.

The Price line on the urn is always visible. It shows the urn's price (for example $375.00), and when the quantity is more than one it also shows the multiplied total (for example $375.00 × 2 = $750.00). Until a price is set it reads "No price yet — pick a catalogue urn or set one below": pick a catalogue urn to fill it in, or turn on the Custom price switch underneath and enter Your Price to Customer, which overrides the preset price per item. Urn prices are added to the Accessories line in the Live Quote panel, and urns appear on the order and its documents like any other accessory.

Etching

Toggle on Etching. First, select the type: Laser Etching or Hand Etching.

Then choose how it will be handled:

  • In-house (manual fee) means you handle the etching yourself. Enter the price manually. You can also select Color Etching here.

  • Vendor quote means you'll send it to a vendor. This opens a description field where you can describe the etching requirements, Upload Artwork, and optionally toggle Charge Now to give the customer a price before receiving the vendor's quote.

Note: Leave Charge Now off if you need to request a vendor quote first. You can always add the price later when you edit the order.

Don't confuse this with per-line carving. The accessory Etching here (Laser Etching / Hand Etching, in-house or vendor, with optional Color Etching) is a separate, priced accessory on the order. It is not the same as the Carving Type grid in Step 4: Sketch & Inscription, where each decedent line's Lettering & Carving window also offers Laser Etched and Hand Etched. Use the Step-4 Carving Type to record the etching technique for a specific name's inscription; use accessory Etching here for a standalone or vendor-quoted etched piece. Administrative Fee

Below the accessories, you can toggle on Administrative Fee to add an admin charge to the order. The amount is entered in the Live Quote panel.
