Level 7 shows you how to use the Insights pages to spot bottlenecks, chase open balances, prep for tax filing, and plan install days. The more orders you've entered, the more these pages tell you. Takes about 10 minutes and requires the Pro tier.

Step 2: Order Summary, where the money is
Group by cemetery, county, or city. Switch between revenue and count. Click into any cell to see the orders behind the number.

Step 3: Open Balances, your collections workflow
Aging buckets, AR by stage, and clickable rows for fast follow-up on who still owes you money.

Step 4: Tax Report with the CSV export
Group by cemetery, county, or month, track tax-exempt orders, and export an accountant-ready CSV.

Step 5: Installations, plan install days on a table or calendar
See every stone install as a Table or a Calendar, using the toggle in the page header. The table groups installs for routing; the calendar lays them out by day so you can plan crew days at a glance.
On the calendar you'll see two kinds of dates:
The Promise date (red) is the deadline you gave the customer.
The Install date (blue) is the day your crew is actually scheduled.
Each install can carry its own time and assignee, shown right on the pill.
To plan, drag an install to a new day to reschedule it, or drag an undated order from the strip below the grid onto a day to schedule it. Near-term days with install-blocking weather show a rain-cloud flag, so you can move that install before your crew rolls out.
