Open Settings → Partners to manage the companies that place orders with you. This is where you invite a partner, set how each one pays you, and review the cemetery requests they send in.
Inviting a partner
Click Invite Partner at the top right. Enter the partner's Company Name and Email Address and send the invitation. They receive an email link that connects their company to yours.
Until they accept, the invitation sits in your partner list with an Invitation sent badge. Click Resend to send a fresh link, or the trash icon to delete the invitation — the emailed link stops working.
Your partner list
Each partner appears as a row with their contact details, their Payment Terms, and the connection's Status. Click the pencil icon on a row to open the partner's details: their company information, their payment terms, plus View Orders and Deactivate Partner. A deactivated partner no longer sees the orders you shared with them.
Payment terms
Every new partner connection starts on Pay on installation: nothing is collected up front, and the full amount is due at installation. A pending invitation already shows these standard terms in the Payment Terms column, and you can change them once the partner accepts.
To put a partner on different terms, click the pencil icon on their row and pick an option under Payment Terms:
Pay up front: full payment is collected before work begins.
Deposit, balance due on install: a deposit is collected up front; the balance is due once the monument is installed. Set the Deposit Percentage below the options.
Pay on installation: the default — the full amount is due at installation.
Net terms: billed on net terms (e.g. Net 30) after the monument is installed.
Picking an option saves immediately.
Note: Payment terms describe how this partner pays you for the orders they place. They have nothing to do with the partner's MonuDesk account, which is free.
Cemetery requests
When a partner is building an order and can't find the cemetery in your list, they can send you a request straight from the order. You're notified when a request comes in, and a Cemetery Requests card appears on this page listing everything waiting on you.
Each pending request shows the cemetery name, its location, any note the partner added, and who asked for it and when. You have two choices:
Approve: the cemetery is added to your own cemetery list and attached to the partner's order. Set its fees and foundation rules afterwards in Settings → Cemeteries.
Decline: a dialog opens where you can add a short optional reason, for example that you don't serve that cemetery, so the partner understands why.
The partner is notified of your answer either way. Requests you've handled stay listed under Already reviewed, marked Added or Declined.
