How to Use the Installations Page
Plan, schedule, and route monument installs from a table or calendar view.

The Installations page is a planning view for monument installation work. It shows every monument order alongside the details you need to schedule and route installs, and you can view that work as a table or on a calendar.
Find it in Insights → Installations. The page only shows monument orders: service orders are not included, since service work doesn't follow the same installation logic.
Use the search bar at the top of the page to find a specific order by customer name, decedent name, or order number.
Table and Calendar views
A Table / Calendar toggle at the top of the page switches between two views of the same installs. Table is the default and is what the rest of this article covers: a grouped, sortable list of every monument order. Calendar lays those installs out on a month, week, or day grid so you can schedule crews, drag jobs between days, and spot weather delays.
For everything about the calendar half (the calendar grid, scheduling and drag-to-reschedule, install times, assignees, and weather flags), see The Installations Calendar.
Grouping
Group orders by:
Cemetery: every order grouped under its destination cemetery.
County: groups orders by the county the cemetery sits in. The county can also be a zone: if you've set up zones in Settings → Counties or Zones (for example, North/South/East/West, or Zone A/B/C), the page groups by your zones instead of literal county names. Use this when you route installs by geographic area instead of by county boundary.
City: groups orders by the cemetery's city.
What each row shows
Every order row in the table shows:
Order date
Promise date and install date (see below)
Decedent name
Cemetery name
Order type (always Monument on this page)
Stone color
Dimensions
Stage (as a clickable bubble, see below)
A Schedule Install button (see below)
Promise date vs install date
Installs track two different dates, and it helps to keep them straight:
Promise date (red): the deadline you promised the customer. It's a fixed target and doesn't carry a time of day.
Install date (blue): the day you've actually scheduled the crew to set the stone, usually earlier than the promise date. The install date carries a time and can have an assignee.
These are independent, so an order can have a promise date, an install date, or both at once. The same colors carry over to the calendar: a red item is always a customer promise deadline and a blue item is always a scheduled install day.
Schedule an install
Each table row has a Schedule Install button. Click it to open the Schedule install dialog for that order, where you pick the install day, a time, an assignee for the crew, and any notes for the field crew. Saving sets the order's install date, which then appears as a blue install on both the table and the calendar.
An order needs a cemetery and plot before it can be scheduled. If either is missing, the dialog shows an Edit order button instead of the scheduling form, so you can fill those in first.
You can also schedule and reschedule installs directly on the calendar by clicking a day or dragging a job onto it. See The Installations Calendar for the full calendar workflow.
Change the stage inline
Click the stage bubble on any row to move that order to a different stage right from this page, no need to open each order one at a time. This is the fastest way to bulk-update statuses during scheduling.
For example, when you're planning out next week's installs, you can change orders from Must Schedule Install to Installation Scheduled in seconds, or move installed jobs to Installed after the crew gets back. Whatever stages you've set up in your workflow are the ones available here.
Sort and filter
Sort the page by:
Order date
Promise date
Cemetery name (alphabetical)
Zone (alphabetical, useful when grouping by zone)
Filter by order date to focus on a specific time window (for example, all installs from orders placed this quarter). Use the stage visibility control to show or hide specific stages: hide everything that's already installed so you only see what still needs work, or hide the early stages so you only see what's actually ready to schedule.
You can also filter by Tasks. Pick one or more to-dos to show only the orders still waiting on those steps, so you can answer questions like which orders still need the foundation poured, which are still waiting on the stone to arrive, or which still need a stencil before you schedule the install.
You can also filter by customer type, showing only Wholesale or only Retail orders. This is handy when you route wholesale installs separately from retail families.
Tip: Group by zone and sort by cemetery when you're planning a routing day. Pick all the orders in one zone, schedule them as a batch, and click each stage bubble to move them to Installation Scheduled as you go.
