How to Connect Google Ads
Connect Google Ads in Settings → Integrations (MonuDesk Max) to import your ad spend every night and send confirmed orders back to Google Ads.

With MonuDesk Max, you can connect your Google Ads account to MonuDesk. Find it in Settings → Integrations, on the Google Ads card. Once it is connected, MonuDesk imports what each campaign cost every night, and it can tell Google which ad clicks became confirmed orders.
The import only reads your campaign costs. MonuDesk never changes your ads, budgets or bids. Settings → Integrations opens on a computer or tablet.
Note: Google Ads is part of MonuDesk Max. On Basic, Legacy or Pro, the Google Ads card shows a blurred preview under Available with MonuDesk Max. See What's Included in MonuDesk Max.
How to connect
Go to Settings → Integrations and scroll to the Google Ads card.
Click Connect Google Ads and sign in with the Google user that manages your ads. Allow MonuDesk access when Google asks.
Back in MonuDesk, if that Google user sees one ad account, it connects straight away: Google Ads connected. The last 90 days of spend are being imported.
If it sees several ad accounts, MonuDesk asks you to pick one. Choose the account that runs your ads under Pick an ad account and click Use this account. An account your agency runs shows through manager with the manager account's number.
Connecting needs the Edit settings entries permission. If the card says the Google user has no ad accounts to report on, connect again and sign in with the Google user that manages your ads.
Once it is connected
The card reads Connected to [account name] ([account number]), with Spend last imported and the date.
The first import reaches back 90 days. After that, MonuDesk imports every night and reads the last few days again, so Google's late corrections are included.
Import now imports straight away, and sends confirmed orders when that is switched on (see below).
Disconnect stops the imports once you confirm. Spend already imported stays in MonuDesk.
If an import fails, the card shows the reason in red.
The spend shows in the Website Leads report in the sidebar, as Ad spend, Cost per lead and Cost per confirmed order, and in By campaign.
Final URL suffix
The card also shows a Final URL suffix with a Copy button. Paste it into Google Ads under Admin, Account settings, Tracking, Final URL suffix. Every click then carries its campaign, so each website lead can be matched to the ad that brought it.
Send confirmed orders to Google
Switch on Send confirmed orders to Google to tell Google Ads which ad clicks became confirmed orders, with the order total. Google Ads then learns which searches bring buyers, not just form fills. It starts switched off.
When you switch it on, MonuDesk finds the conversion action MonuDesk confirmed order in your ad account, or creates it, and sends the orders already confirmed. The card then shows Conversion action in Google Ads: MonuDesk confirmed order.
After that, MonuDesk sends newly confirmed orders every night.
An order is sent when it came in through your website form or MonuStudio after a Google ad click and was confirmed within 90 days of that click. A cancelled order is not sent. The value is the order total in your company's currency.
The card shows when orders were last sent and how many have gone so far, and how many could not be sent, for example because the ad click was older than 90 days.
To count each website request as a conversion as well, use the Google Ads conversions snippet in Settings → Website Leads. See Website Leads: Get Quotes from Your Website.
Without MonuDesk Max
A company that connected Google Ads and then left Max keeps the connection, but the card reads Nightly imports are paused until the company has MonuDesk Max again. Import now is greyed out, and confirmed orders are not sent to Google until the company has Max again.
