How Drawing Reminders Work
Flag confirmed orders that still have no drawing after a set number of days, on the board and with a notification.

Drawing Reminders keep a confirmed order from sitting without a drawing. Once an order has gone a set number of days past confirmation with no drawing, its card on the board gets a violet strip and the person assigned to the order gets a notification. Reminders are off until you switch them on.
Turning them on
Go to Settings β Order Alerts, under Workflow & Pipeline, and find the Drawing Reminders card, below Order Deadline Alerts and Quote Price Guarantee.
Next to Enable Drawing Reminders, tick Enabled.
In Drawing Reminder Window, enter how many days after the order was confirmed a drawing should be there. Any number from 1 to 365 works, and it starts at 7.
Click Save Reminder Settings.
It is one setting for the whole company, and changing it needs the Edit settings permission.
On the board
A confirmed order that still has no drawing that many days after it was confirmed shows a violet strip on its card: No drawing for N days, for example No drawing for 9 days. If the card already shows a deadline strip (see How to Set Up Order Deadline Alerts), the drawing reminder shows as a violet pill instead.
The strip clears as soon as a drawing is added to the order.
What counts as a drawing
A file of type Drawing on the order.
A sketch drawn in the order wizard. See How to Use Sketch and Inscription.
A design snapshot.
A Front or Back sketch uploaded on the order, whether you show it to the family or keep it internal. Right after the upload, MonuDesk asks Show this drawing to the family? Pick Show to the family to put it in the customer portal under drawings, where the family can approve it or ask for changes, or Keep internal to leave it in Notes & Files only.
A Reference or Permit file does not count.
Which orders get a reminder
Every stage on the confirmed side of your board counts, except Completed. Orders still in a quote stage never get a reminder.
Who gets notified
Each order gets one notification, at 9:00 in your company's time zone on the day it reaches the reminder, reading Order [number] still needs a drawing. It goes to the person assigned to the order. If nobody is assigned, everyone at the order's location gets it.
Switching reminders on does not flood your team: an order that was already more than two days past its reminder day shows the strip on the board without a notification.
On phones, these notifications follow the Drawings & approvals switch in Settings β Profile β Notifications.
