Custom Service Types
Add your own service types so the Service dropdown matches the work your shop actually does.

MonuDesk comes with five built-in service types — Repairs / Leveling, Cleaning, Lettering, Litho / Refinish, and On-Site Service. If your shop offers work that doesn't fit those, you can now add your own custom service types, and they appear right alongside the built-in ones.
Adding a service type
Go to Settings → Order Management and open Service Types. Click + Add Service Type, give it a name (for example "Bronze Restoration" or "Foundation Pour"), and click Save Changes.
Where they appear
Your custom types show up in the Service Type dropdown in the Items & Configuration → Service step of a new quote, mixed in with the built-in types. Pick one exactly like any other service type.
Enabled / Disabled: toggle a type off to hide it from the dropdown without deleting it. Delete removes it permanently — existing orders that already use it are not affected.
