What is MonuDesk?

MonuDesk is a modern order management platform built for monument companies. It replaces your spreadsheets, paper shop tickets, and scattered notes with one system where your entire team manages orders from quote to completion. It now also handles your customer email, payments, and multiple offices in the same place.
The Order Management Page
This is your main workspace. All your orders live here on a board organized into stages that flow from left to right: Quote → Confirmed Order → In Production → Order Balance Required → Installation Scheduled → Ready to Install → Completed. These can be customized at any time.
Click any order card to open it and see the full details. Hold and drag a card to move it to a different stage.
Order To-Dos
Every order has its own to-do checklist that tracks what needs to happen next. Click on a to-do to cycle through its stages, or click the checkmark button to complete it.
Tip: The stages and to-dos are fully customizable. Click the settings icon at the top right of the board to create your own workflow that matches how your company operates.
Conversations: your built-in inbox
Find it in the left sidebar under Conversations, between Inventory and Order Summary. Connect your Gmail or Microsoft Outlook account and MonuDesk pulls your email in, so you can read and reply to customers, cemeteries, and vendors without leaving the app.
Each conversation keeps one thread per person and can be linked to the right contact and order, so a customer's whole history sits next to their order, and you can attach files that are already on that order.
Stay in the loop with the Notification Center
The bell in the top bar is your Notification Center. An unread badge tells you when something needs attention, whether that's an order or task assigned to you, a mention in a note, or an install that's been rescheduled, so nothing slips through the cracks.
Get paid with MonuPay
Find it in Settings → Integrations. Once you connect a merchant account through MonuPay (powered by PayFactory), your customers can pay their balance by card right from their customer portal. You can also record a payment taken outside MonuDesk (cash, check, bank transfer, or card) straight from the order.
Run multiple offices from one account
If your company has more than one location, the office switcher in the top bar (it reads All Locations by default) lets you focus on a single office or see everything at once. You can assign team members to the offices they work in, and each location keeps its own orders.
The Settings Page
The Settings page is where you configure everything behind the scenes: your cemeteries, vendors, team members, roles and permissions, offices, and integrations like MonuPay.
The Insights Pages
Once you have orders in MonuDesk, the Insights pages give you four high-level views of your business:
Order Summary (where the money sits, by stage and cemetery)
Open Balances (accounts receivable aging)
Tax Report (sales tax breakdown)
Installations
The Installations page now offers both a Table and a Calendar view. The calendar shows your promise dates (the deadline you gave the customer) and your scheduled install dates side by side, lets you drag to reschedule a day, and flags days with install-blocking weather so your crew can plan ahead.
