How to Contact Support
Get help from the MonuDesk team whenever you need it.

There are two ways to reach us:
1. Chat support (recommended)
Click the blue chat icon at the bottom right of your screen. This opens a support widget where you can:
Send us a message to start a conversation with our team.
Search for help to browse our help articles directly from the widget.
The Messages tab shows your previous conversations.
The Help tab opens the full helpdesk.
The Changelog tab shows the latest updates and new features.
Your message is first handled by MonuBrain, our AI support assistant. MonuBrain is trained on MonuDesk's full documentation and should be able to answer most questions. If it can't resolve your issue, you'll be connected to a human. You can also request a human at any time.
2. Email
You can also email us directly at info@monudesk.com. This is the right address for general questions and account help. We recommend using the chat for faster responses.
For payments and billing matters specifically (for example, if your MonuPay application was declined and you need help), reach our payments team at support@monudesk.com.
