What's Included in MonuDesk Max

What MonuDesk Max adds on top of Pro, what it costs, how to upgrade, how a Max pilot works and how to move down.

MonuDesk Max is the plan above Pro. It includes everything in Pro, plus the tools that bring families to you from your website and your ads, and MonuBrain, the AI on your Dashboard that answers questions about your orders. On Max, the plan pill next to the MonuDesk name at the top of the sidebar reads Max.

What Max adds to Pro

On top of everything in Pro, Max adds:

  • Website form that turns requests into quotes. Put a lead form on your own website. Every request a family sends lands in your Quote column as a quote, and your team is notified. Set it up in Settings → Website Leads. See Website Leads: Get Quotes from Your Website.

  • MonuStudio stone designer on your website. Families design a monument on your site, and their design arrives on your board with their request. You choose where families start and set Limits for families (text only on small flat markers, how much they can write, which fonts) in Settings → Website Leads.

  • Website leads report with cost per lead. Website Leads in the sidebar opens the report on your website leads: how many came in, how many were priced and confirmed, the revenue, and with Google Ads connected what each lead and each confirmed order cost. The same report is on the Dashboard too, behind the Charts | Website leads switch in the Business Intelligence card.

  • Google Ads connection, read only. Connect your Google Ads account on the Google Ads card in Settings → Integrations. MonuDesk reads what each campaign cost every night and never changes your ads, budgets or bids. Switch on Send confirmed orders to Google and it also tells Google Ads which ad clicks became confirmed orders, through a conversion action named MonuDesk confirmed order that it adds to your ad account. See How to Connect Google Ads.

  • Website and ad tags on your order board. An order that came in through your website carries a green Website tag on its card, and one that came from a Google ad an amber Ad tag.

  • MonuBrain, the AI that answers questions about your orders. It sits on the Dashboard, next to Business Intelligence. See MonuBrain: Ask About Your Orders.

  • Gallery on your website. Pick photos in the Gallery with Show on website and they show in a gallery on your own website, sorted by stone type, colour and location. Settings → Website Gallery shows how many photos are on your website and holds the website key and photo feed your web developer needs. See How to Use the Product Gallery.

Everything in Pro comes with it: Inventory, Conversations, Order Summary, Open Balances, Tax Report, Installations, PO Tracking, Gallery, Business Intelligence and QuickBooks Online.

What Max costs

  • $599 per month, or $5,990 per year, which works out at $499 per month. The Monthly / Annual toggle next to Available plans switches the card between $599 / month, "Billed monthly", and $499 / month, "$5,990 billed yearly".

  • Seats: Max includes one seat for the account owner. Each additional team member is $10 per month, or $100 per year, the same as on every plan.

  • Locations: your first location is included. Each additional office is $100 per month, or $1,000 per year.

  • See if Max is worth it, on the MonuDesk Max card in Settings → Billing, opens Is Max worth it?. Type Your average order value and it shows what you pay a month today, what Max costs a month, and how many more orders a month cover the difference.

How to upgrade to Max

  1. Open Settings → Billing and find the MonuDesk Max card under Available plans. An Upgrade to Max button anywhere else in MonuDesk brings you straight to this card.

  2. Click Upgrade to Max.

  3. If you already pay for a plan and it is active, a short checkout opens. Its Order summary shows Max until your renewal date, the Credit for unused Pro (or Basic; Credit for your unused plan on Legacy) you have already paid for, any Tax, and the amount Due today. The line under it gives your Max price and the date of your next renewal.

  4. Click Upgrade to Max · Pay $X. Today's amount is charged to the card you already pay with, and Welcome to MonuDesk Max confirms that everything in Max is unlocked for your team, starting now. Click Let's go.

Your billing date, your monthly or annual billing and your seats stay as they are.

On the 7-day Pro trial? Upgrade to Max works once the trial has turned into paid Pro. To switch sooner, ask us as described in How to Contact Support. A subscription with a failed payment, or one that is cancelled but still paid for, moves to Max once you update the card or resume it in Manage billing. Until then, Upgrade to Max shows a red message that names the step to take first.

No paid plan yet? Pick Monthly or Annual next to Available plans first. Upgrade to Max then takes you to the creem.io checkout, where you enter your card and your Max subscription starts.

Who can upgrade: anyone whose role can edit Settings. The account owner always can. See How Roles and Permissions Work.

What other plans see

On Basic, Legacy and Pro, the Max features stay in view, so you can see what you would get:

  • MonuBrain on the Dashboard shows a sample question and answer, blurred, under Available with MonuDesk Max.

  • Settings → Website Leads, Settings → Website Gallery and the Google Ads card in Settings → Integrations show their settings blurred under the same card.

  • Settings → AI shows a MonuDesk Max banner with Upgrade to Max above its two MonuBrain switches. The switches can be changed once your company has Max.

  • The Website leads view of the Dashboard's Business Intelligence card shows a blurred sample month under Available with MonuDesk Max. The Website Leads entry in the sidebar is listed only on Max.

  • On Pro, the top of the Gallery shows Connect Gallery to Website with a Max badge, which opens the pitch for the gallery on your website.

  • In the Settings menu, Website Leads, Website Gallery and AI carry a Max chip.

In a browser the card offers Upgrade to Max and Learn more. Learn more opens the full pitch for that feature, with the Max price.

A Max pilot

MonuDesk can run Max for your company as a free pilot for a set number of days. The Max pitch mentions it: "Running a Google Ads package with us? Ask about a free Max pilot." To ask, reach us as described in How to Contact Support.

While a pilot runs:

  • Everything in Max, and everything in Pro, is unlocked, and the sidebar pill reads Max.

  • The MonuDesk Max card in Settings → Billing carries a Max pilot label and a Your Max pilot box with the days left and the end date.

  • The Continue on Max switch in that box decides what happens at the end. Off, as a pilot starts: Max switches off when the pilot ends and your plan stays as it is, with nothing charged. On: your subscription continues on Max at the price the box shows, charged to the card you already pay with, and we email the account owner two days before. Turning it on needs a paid plan; without one the box reads "To keep Max after the pilot, start a paid plan first."

  • Upgrade to Max stays on the card, for moving to Max before the pilot ends.

Changed your mind? Turn Continue on Max off again any time before the pilot ends, and nothing is charged.

Moving down from Max

On Max, the Pro card under Available plans reads Downgrade to Pro and the Basic card reads Downgrade to Basic. You keep Max until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your next renewal is billed at the plan you picked. Until then a Downgrade scheduled banner names the plan and the date, for example "Your plan moves to Pro at the end of the current period ([date]). You keep Max until then." Keep Max cancels the move.

Your orders, leads and settings stay where they are. Without Max, the form and MonuStudio on your website stop taking new requests, the nightly Google Ads import pauses, the gallery on your website stops showing photos, the Website Leads report leaves the sidebar and MonuBrain locks, until your company has Max again.
